Job description Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews (phone and in-person) to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate with candidates through the hiring process and maintain communication to ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain and update the candidate database, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports as needed. Conduct background checks and reference checks on selected candidates.
