VP of Learning K-12 Online Education

As the VP of Learning Experience, you will be responsible for leading the evolution of our educational vision by driving innovation in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and enhancing student outcomes. Your role involves defining and executing the learning vision in alignment with advancements in pedagogy, coding, and AI education for youthful learners. You will supervise the development and refinement of curricula across all grade levels, introduce future-ready learning tracks, and utilize the latest AI and learning platforms to deliver personalized educational experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving the educational strategy and ensuring alignment with pedagogy advancements - Leading curriculum development and introducing innovative learning tracks - Implementing AI and learning platforms for interactive educational experiences - Overseeing teacher training programs to maintain high-quality instruction - Monitoring student progress through rigorous assessments and analytics-based improvements - Building strategic alliances with academic entities, edtech platforms, and industry authorities - Advocating the educational philosophy actively at conferences, media engagements, and forums The ideal candidate for this role should have comprehensive experience in K-12 or online education with a focus on instructional design and pedagogy. Demonstrated success in developing impactful learning programs, especially in coding, STEM, or AI disciplines, is essential. Proficiency in educational products and platforms, as well as skills in coding education, AI in learning technologies, or large-scale curriculum planning, would be a bonus.
