As the VP of Learning Experience, you will be responsible for leading the evolution of our educational vision by driving innovation in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and enhancing student outcomes. Your role involves defining and executing the learning vision in alignment with advancements in pedagogy, coding, and AI education for youthful learners. You will supervise the development and refinement of curricula across all grade levels, introduce future-ready learning tracks, and utilize the latest AI and learning platforms to deliver personalized educational experiences. Demonstrated success in developing impactful learning programs, especially in coding, STEM, or AI disciplines, is essential. Proficiency in educational products and platforms, as well as skills in coding education, AI in learning technologies, or large-scale curriculum planning, would be a bonus. Key skills required for this position include expertise in online and AI education, teaching methodologies, strategic alliances, curriculum design, educational analytics, pedagogy, STEM education, edtech innovation, strategy development, teacher training, instructional design, and data-driven improvement.
