Job Title: Visa Counsellor (Student Visa Specialist) Location: 906, Dynasty Building Opp. to Sardar Patel Stadium Navrangpura Ahmedabad 380009 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000/- To 40,000/- + Unbeatable Incentive We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Visa Counsellor to join our team and assist students in navigating the complexities of applying for student visas. The ideal candidate will help students with visa applications for popular study destinations including Germany, the USA, Canada, the UK, and Australia. No prior experience is required for this role, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure that you understand the visa application processes for each country. Key Responsibilities:Visa Consultation & Guidance: Provide expert advice and consultation to students regarding visa requirements, documentation, and the application process for countries such as Germany, the USA, Canada, the UK, and Australia. Help students understand visa eligibility criteria, timelines, and required documents. Visa Application Assistance: Assist students in preparing their visa applications, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and accurate. Help students with form filling, document verification, and other visa-related paperwork. Country-Specific Visa Processes: Advise students on the specific visa procedures for each country, including Germany, the USA, Canada, the UK, and Australia. Ensure students understand the differences in visa categories (e.g., study permits, work-study visas, etc.) and help them select the right visa type. Follow-Up & Status Updates: Track and monitor the status of students' visa applications. Provide timely updates and follow-up with students about the progress of their applications. Post-Visa Support: Offer advice on arrival procedures, including health insurance, accommodation, and local laws or customs for each country. Assist students with any challenges they may face once they arrive in their destination country. Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student applications, including timelines, documents, and outcomes. Ensure all confidential student data is handled securely and according to legal requirements. Qualifications/Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in International Relations, Education, or a related field). Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle documentation with care. Ability to work with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Experience: Previous experience in the education or immigration sector is a plus but not required. Familiarity with the visa processes of one or more of the countries (Germany, USA, Canada, UK, Australia) is an advantage. Other Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a positive attitude toward customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
