Job Title: Virtual Store In-charge

Location: Dindigul, Tamil Nadu

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Store In-charge to manage our online store operations during US business hours. We are the largest retail chain in the United States of America. Specializing in traditional Indian flowers and devotional items for festivals, occasions, and events. Proudly operating across more than 20+ location in USA. In addition, we are the leading exporter of traditional Indian flowers, bringing the beauty and authenticity of India’s floral heritage to communities around the world. The ideal candidate will oversee order processing, inventory updates, customer service coordination, product listings, and overall store performance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during the night shift.

This is an in-house process and the candidate has to work in night shift at our location. Kindly contact only if the essential requirements are met and ready to relocate to Dindigul, if selected for the position.

Key Responsibilities:

·Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer requests.

· Monitor the store in charge people from here to there through excellent operations.

·Gather and analyze customer requirements, preferences, and feedback; communicate relevant insights to the purchase and product teams to support data-driven improvements and procurement decisions.

·Follow established customer service procedures, call quality guidelines, and performance benchmarks to maintain consistency and service excellence.

· Ensure that store-level operations align with company SOPs and customer service expectations.

· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

· Collaborate with the team leads or other departments for issue resolution and escalations.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-ups.

· Ensure smooth and timely execution of customer-related tasks by aligning with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

· Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).

· Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to remain calm and courteous during challenging situations.

· Willingness to work night shifts from the office location.

· Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
