Description
As a Front-End Tech Lead at Maropost, you will play a crucial role in driving the architecture, development, and delivery of high-performance web applications. Your responsibilities include leading scalable front-end development using Vue.js, Vuex, Vue Router, and Composition API. You will define component structure, modular code, and state management best practices while integrating RESTful APIs for seamless front-end/back-end communication. Your deep knowledge of ES6+ features, async programming, and modularization will be essential in mentoring the team on advanced JS concepts and effective Vue.js usage. Collaborating closely with design and backend teams, you will work with designers to build responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect interfaces. Ensuring consistent implementation of design systems and style guides will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for implementing unit, integration, and E2E tests using Jest, Cypress, and Vue Test Utils, as well as performing detailed code reviews to ensure performance, security, and maintainability. In addition to your core technical responsibilities, you will provide leadership and mentorship to a high-performing front-end team in a collaborative culture. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and timelines, you will ensure timely delivery of quality releases with proper prioritization. By continuously refining tools, workflows, and architecture for efficiency and introducing modern technologies and best practices, you will contribute to process improvement and innovation. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in front-end development with a degree in CS or a related field. Expertise in Vue.js/React.js, hands-on experience in Nuxt.js/Next.js, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles are essential. Experience with UI frameworks like Vuetify or MUI, agile environments, Git, and modern front-end build tools are also required. Familiarity with SSR, static site generation, performance optimization, testing tools (Jest, Cypress), and state management tools (Vuex/Redux) is crucial. Knowledge of GraphQL, REST APIs, accessibility standards, and performance debugging tools is a bonus.
