🛠 Role Overview

Senior Video Editor

✅ Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with creative teams (graphic designers, DMMs, copywriters) to meet video requirements.
Assemble, trim, and sequence footage to craft compelling final videos (both short-form and long-form).
Apply color grading, fix lighting, sync sound, and enhance overall visual quality
.
Integrate motion graphics, effects, titles, music, and sound effects.
Manage multiple versions and client revision cycles efficiently
Ensure exports meet high-resolution standards (4K+), optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn.
Maintain communication with clients and team for feedback loops and creative alignment.

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience
: 3+ years in a professional digital/branding environment; agency experience preferred.
Technical mastery
of editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (or similar)
Strong storytelling ability: fluent in visual pacing, sequencing, transition styles.
Proficient in color correction/gradation, motion graphics, audio editing.
Detail-oriented, proactive in lighting correction and versioning
Excellent communication and adaptability in feedback-driven workflows.
Portfolio showing brand-focused, polished edits, ideally across different content channels.
