Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with a passion for digital storytelling, data-driven marketing, and creative collaboration. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital channels to increase brand visibility, engagement, and growth. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with VimiMagic’s goals. Lead social media marketing across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Design and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings. Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for lead generation and ROI. Develop and curate compelling content for websites, email newsletters, and social media. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot. Conduct competitor and market research to refine strategy and identify new opportunities. Collaborate with creatives to ensure visual and messaging consistency across channels. Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in a creative or agency setting. Proven experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising. Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, or similar. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. Strategic thinker with a creative edge and a strong attention to detail. Preferred: Experience in video marketing, influencer partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
