About the Role:

Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, website, YouTube, ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to understand project goals and execute video projects that align with brand guidelines.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, and sound effects to enhance viewer engagement.
• Work on various formats – reels, product stories, documentaries, testimonials, tutorials, and ad creatives.
• Maintain an organized archive of footage, project files, and assets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, storytelling formats, social media, and branding.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos that meet campaign deadlines and objectives.
• Optimize videos for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) as per their technical specifications and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a professional video editor, preferably in a D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle brand.
• Proficiency in editing software such as

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  ,

  Final Cut Pro

  ,

  After Effects

  , and

  DaVinci Resolve

  .
• Knowledge of color grading, audio correction, and storytelling through visuals.
• Basic understanding of shooting angles, framing, lighting, and camera work (preferred).
• Creative eye for detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, take feedback constructively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in food, agriculture, or wellness-related content creation.
• Skills in animation or motion graphics.
• Working knowledge of photography and camera handling.
