Equentis Wealth Advisory, a leading fintech wealth management company, is looking for a

skilled and imaginative Video Editor to join our growing content and creative team. This role is

perfect for someone who can blend storytelling, design, and technology to create engaging,

high-impact video content that brings our brand and financial expertise to life, across

platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Skills Required -

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in a fast-paced content

environment.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).

Familiarity with AI-based tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Topaz AI) and a strong

desire to explore emerging tech in video production.

Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement across digital channels.

Knowledge of sound design, music syncing, and basic audio editing.

Ability to take feedback and adapt style quickly without compromising quality.

Self-driven with excellent time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects

simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities -

Edit and craft high-quality, on-brand video content for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, and other

social platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that simplify and elevate

financial education.

Integrate motion graphics, AI-generated visuals, stock footage, music, sound effects, and

typography to enhance storytelling.

Maintain consistency in video tone and brand guidelines while innovating with new styles and

formats.

Optimize video content for platform-specific requirements including resolution, aspect ratios,

duration, and SEO best practices.

Provide clear, constructive input to on-screen talent to ensure professional-grade footage during

shoots.

Review performance metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, CTR) and work closely with our

YouTube strategist to iterate and improve content over time.

Manage and maintain an organized library of raw footage, assets, music, and templates for

seamless editing workflows.

Explore and leverage new-age and generative AI tools to speed up editing processes and

enhance creativity.
