We are looking for a highly creative and skilled

Video

Content

Creator with a strong focus on

short-form video

and reels for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. You will be responsible for ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and end-to-end production. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and trend-savvy, with a fair understanding of how to drive engagement through short video content.

Key Responsibilities

Ideate, conceptualize, and pitch creative ideas for engaging short-form video content aligned with brand voice and goals.
Write scripts and storyboards for short videos and reels across platforms.
Film and edit high-quality video content using professional tools or mobile setups.
Stay on top of social media trends, audio tracks, formats, and platform algorithm changes.
Work collaboratively with the marketing, content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and content effectiveness.
Optimize videos for reach, engagement, and conversions, including A/B testing where relevant.

Required Skills

Prior experience in creating short-form video content, like Reels and YouTube Shorts
Strong video editing skills
Skilled in scripting, storytelling, and visual communication
Comfortable both behind and on the camera
Knowledge of current trends, memes, and social media formats
Knowledge of when, where, and how to use humour in video content
Excellent organization and communication skills
Portfolio or samples of past work required
