About the Role:

Video & Graphics Editor

You’ll work closely with our strategy team to turn field content, speeches, campaign ideas, and policy messaging into compelling digital assets across formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage from ground events, interviews, and social media content into polished, high-impact narrativised videos.
• Design graphics, reels, templates, and campaign creatives suited for Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and print.
• Create visual storytelling pieces aligned with the political tone, target audience, and communication goals.
• Manage fast-turnaround editing for ongoing political campaigns, issue-based messaging, and reputation management.
• Collaborate with content writers, field videographers, and strategic leads to ensure visual consistency and clarity.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

• Strong sense of motion design, typography, and political aesthetics.
• Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines and evolving briefs.
