Key Responsibilities: 1. Pan-India Vendor Oversight – Field Operations Manage and coordinate outsourced agencies across multiple cities for field tasks such as customer verification, loan documentation, repossession, recovery, and RTO-related services. Ensure adherence to SLAs and turnaround times (TATs) for all field activities. 2. RTO Services & Compliance Management Supervise partners handling RTO work, including registration, hypothecation, NOC issuance, and ownership transfer.
