User Acquisition Manager

At Wonkru, we don’t just build apps — we launch, test, and scale them with speed. We're looking for a Performance Marketer who knows how to make an app profitable.

You should be someone who understands CAC, ROAS, CPI, retention metrics, and how to drive installs that actually convert. This is not an agency-style role — this is full-stack performance marketing inside a product-building studio.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and manage paid campaigns for Android and iOS apps (Google UAC, Meta Ads, TikTok, ASA, etc.)
• Analyze install data, cohort retention, cost-per-event, and optimize for LTV
• Rapidly test creatives, audiences, placements, and funnel flows
• Collaborate with the product team to improve onboarding, conversion, and monetization based on ad data
• Own budgets, reporting, and decision-making around paid marketing strategy
• Work closely with the AI and content team to generate/adapt winning creatives

Who You Are

• You’ve scaled apps from scratch or helped make existing ones profitable
• You know how to analyze data and take quick, strategic action
• You’re not just running ads, you’re building a performance engine
• You have a strong bias for ROI over just impressions or installs

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience running performance campaigns for mobile apps
• Deep knowledge of Google UAC, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Comfort working with MMPs (Firebase, Appsflyer, Branch, etc.)
• Strong understanding of ROAS, LTV, CAC, funnel metrics, and event-based optimization
• Based in Gurugram and available full-time in office

Bonus Points

• Experience with App Store ads (ASA)
• Comfort with creative briefing and managing video iterations
• Past success with subscription, in-app purchase, or ad-based monetization models

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
