Please find job description below Position : US Recruiter (IT/Non IT) Location : Hyderabad Duration : Full time Job Description: Candidates from US Staffing industry with Hands on experience in to sourcing and End-to-End Recruitments. 2+ years experience proven US IT Recruitments Experience in W2 is mandatory. Experience with VMS & ATS. Experience working with Direct client is mandatory. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency. Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc). Candidates must have experience in US staffing particularly in W2, & Direct Client Preferred.
