About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in hospitals and healthcare facilities across the United States. You will work closely with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that meets the demands of the US healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit nurses, allied health professionals, and other clinical/non-clinical candidates for US healthcare clients.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate with US-based account managers and hiring authorities to understand job requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Meet weekly/monthly placement targets and other performance metrics.
• Stay up to date on healthcare staffing regulations, visa processes, and market trends.
• Work during US hours (typically 7 PM to 4 AM IST) to ensure real-time communication with clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare or HR background preferred).
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in US staffing or healthcare recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, or internal ATS.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with US work authorizations (H1B, TN, Green Card, US Citizen) is a plus.

• Night shift: 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST (adjusted as per client time zone)
