CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main point of contact for agencies and clients, dealing with any client requirements in a timely manner, and driving the day to day relationship.

New client acquisition

Monitoring performance and delivery against client objectives.

Manage on-boarding process

Troubleshooting throughout campaign execution

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is desirable

6-9 years experience in Client Services / Account Management in digital or online advertising preferred
