Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Recruiting:

  • Identify and source top technical talent using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.
  • Candidate Screening & Assessment:

  • Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct technical interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and technical leads.
  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, team dynamics, and the desired candidate profile.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
  • Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate debrief meetings.
  • Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
  • Employer Branding:

  • Promote, NTT Data, as an employer of choice by engaging with potential candidates and sharing information about the company's culture, benefits, and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and attract top talent.
  • Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in in any field.
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Experience using sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other technical forums.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
