Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead the national/regional sales team and ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and optimize customer experience.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reports to top management.
Drive pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and large account management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to build a high-performing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1520 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in
industrial equipment, power solutions, or capital goods sector
.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, project-based sales, and technical selling.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
Engineering degree (preferred) with MBA in Sales/Marketing or relevant discipline.
