Position: Unit Head Location: Shri Ganganagar / Jhunjhunu Organization: Apex Hospitals Job Description: Apex Hospitals is seeking an experienced and dynamic Unit Head to lead and manage hospital operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient administrative functioning. Key Responsibilities: Oversee overall hospital administration and operations across clinical and non-clinical departments. Ensure excellence in patient care, safety, and satisfaction. Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and resource optimization. Implement and monitor quality standards and accreditation protocols (e.g., NABH). Coordinate with department heads, consultants, and key stakeholders to maintain seamless service delivery. Ensure compliance with government health schemes and regulations. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Facilitate staff development, training, and motivation. Lead crisis management and handle escalations effectively. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/PG in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in hospital operations, including leadership in a multi-specialty hospital. Strong understanding of healthcare quality standards, hospital protocols, and statutory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Preferred Qualities: Strategic thinking with executional ability. Strong patient-centric approach. Familiarity with government healthcare schemes (RGHS, Chiranjeevi Yojana, etc.). Technologically proficient and process-oriented mindset. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹105,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
