Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs that enhance user experiences while achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications using Figma . Collaborate with project managers and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into impactful designs. Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journey maps to guide design decisions. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive user experience. Perform usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs for optimal performance. Create motion graphics and basic video content for digital platforms using video editing tools. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma , Adobe Illustrator , and Adobe Photoshop . Basic to advanced skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
