Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs, visa, etc.)
• Handle end-to-end travel itineraries and ensure timely bookings and confirmations
• Maintain travel records, reports, and expense data using MS Excel
• Liaise with travel vendors and negotiate rates as needed
• Assist in handling last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergency travel requests
• Provide timely support to employees or clients regarding travel-related queries
• Ensure compliance with the company’s travel policy

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of travel processes and destinations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general system operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable with flexible working hours (if needed during peak times)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in travel coordination or admin role is a plus
• Knowledge of travel portals (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Yatra) is an advantage
