You'll build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional travel experiences. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Client Consultations:* Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client travel requirements and preferences. 2. *Travel Planning:* Create personalized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. 3. *Booking and Coordination:* Book travel arrangements, manage reservations, and coordinate with suppliers. 4. *Travel Documentation:* Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visas, and documentation requirements. 5. *Customer Service:* Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and resolve issues. 6. *Destination Knowledge:* Stay up-to-date on destination information, travel trends, and industry developments. 7. *Sales and Revenue Growth:* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel services. *Requirements:* 1. *Experience:* 2-5 years in travel industry, preferably in a consultancy role. 2. *Knowledge:* Strong understanding of travel industry, destinations, and travel regulations. 3. *Communication Skills:* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 4. *Organizational Skills:* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple bookings. 5. *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in travel software, GDS (Global Distribution Systems), and Microsoft Office. *Nice to Have:* 1. *Certifications:* Travel industry certifications (e.g., TIDS, ARC, IATA). 2. *Language Skills:* Proficiency in multiple languages. 3. *Destination Specialization:* In-depth knowledge of specific destinations or travel niches. *What We Offer:* 1. *Competitive Salary:* Attractive salary package. 2. *Benefits:* Opportunities for professional growth, training, and travel perks. 3. *Collaborative Environment:* Dynamic and supportive team.
