Role: Travel Consultant

Given below is the Job Description for your tenure at Friday Escapes:

Consulting with clients: Listen to clients’ needs, preferences and budgets and provide personalized travel recommendations.
Maintaining industry knowledge: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and travel destinations to provide informed recommendations.
Problem-solving: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve any issues during the trip, and handle any necessary changes to travel plans.
Sales: Cross-sell and up-sell travel products and services to clients.
Customer service: Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations and company policies.
Reporting and record-keeping: Maintain accurate client and booking records, and provide regular reports to management.
Marketing and promotion: Promote travel products and services, and participate in marketing and promotional activities.
Generate sales: Proactively promote travel packages, flights, hotels, and other ancillary services to customers, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
