Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Travel Consultant at Dream On Travel. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting clients, and making reservations. Daily tasks include booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client inquiries and issues. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle travel management tasks efficiently. Qualifications Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and making Travel Arrangements Strong Customer Service skills Proficiency in handling Reservations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving Knowledge of travel industry software is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
