Develop and implement transportation operations policies and procedures Minimum Experience of 3-5 years as operations lead. Must have good communication skills in Kannada and English. Monitor and manage transportation operations performance Analyze and optimize transportation routes and schedules* Manage and coordinate transportation resources Monitor and analyze transportation costs Develop and maintain relationships with Clients and attached vehicle providers (transportation vendors), along with company’s own fleet. Negotiate contracts for attached vehicles (transportation vendors). Manage and coordinate the Pickup and drop (Depending on the login and logouts of a particular clientele) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards Monitor and manage the performance of transportation staff Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation operations Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints Handling the three important tenets of Transport Services namely Routing*, MIS preparation and Sourcing of vehicles (Especially Sedan and SUV vehicles.) Above average knowledge of utilizing MS-Excel and drafting of e-mails as per the merit of the situation.
