Trainer for Vocational Training Centre

The organization is committed to ensuring learning for all. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer at the Vocational Training Centre in Ganjam. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering vocational education to students, mentoring them to improve their skills, and providing hands-on training. The daily tasks will include preparing lesson plans, conducting training sessions, assessing student performance, and encouraging continuous improvement. The Trainer will also collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure the success of the training programs. Qualifications Experience in Vocational Education, Training, and Teaching Skills in Mentoring and Education Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to various teaching methods and student needs Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field preferred Experience in the education sector and understanding of vocational training dynamics is a plus Show more Show less
