Trainee Software Tester

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in Automated Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

We are looking for a Trainee Software Tester with at least 6 months of relevant experience or Fresher trained in Software Testing to join our QA/QC team. As a SW Tester, he / she will be responsible to assist the SW Test Lead for ensuring the quality and stability of our software applications by identifying bugs and inconsistencies before product releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand functional documents, and system specifications
• Design, develop, and execute test scripts
• Perform software testing as needed to validate functionality and user flows
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
• Collaborate with developers and other QA/QC team members
• Assist in regression and functional testing
• Participate in test planning and review sessions
• Generate test reports and documentation
• Learn testing tools and methodologies on the job

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Completed training or certification in Selenium with Java will be preferred
• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC
• Must have problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced development environment
