Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Quality Trainee to join our Quality Control/Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in quality systems and processes within the plastic manufacturing industry. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome. Preference will be given to those from a plastics or related manufacturing background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day quality inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
• Support in monitoring production quality and reporting deviations
• Conduct basic testing using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
• Assist in maintaining QC documentation and records
• Learn and apply relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO, 5S, etc.)
• Coordinate with production and QA teams for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Polymer, or Plastic Engineering (or equivalent)
• 0–3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in plastic manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of quality tools and measuring instruments
• Good observation, documentation, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a structured environment

• Extrusion
• Plastic components manufacturing
