We are looking for a skilled professional with 5-10 years of experience to join our team as a Tools Support L2 specialist in CMS IT Services Private Limited, located in the BPO/Call Centre industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot tools-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance tool performance.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Train and guide junior team members on tool usage and best practices.
Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Job Requirements
