The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling leads, understanding client requirements, maintaining data, arranging meetings, and converting leads into successful deals. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to TPM leads received from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, WhatsApp, and company website Make daily calls to new and existing leads to understand their requirements Maintain and update lead data in Excel sheets systematically Follow up with interested leads and convince them for online/offline meetings Arrange meetings via Google Meet or at our Okhla office for serious prospects Share product details, MOQ, pricing, and packaging options with clients Convert leads into successful sales by effectively pitching our third-party manufacturing services Meet monthly conversion targets and report progress regularly Coordinate with the production and marketing team for client onboarding Required Skills: Good communication skills in English and Hindi Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Hands-on experience with Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering) Familiarity with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or other B2B lead platforms Goal-driven mindset with ability to work independently Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any field (B.Com, BBA, Ayurveda background preferred) 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, lead handling, or client coordination Fresher with strong communication skills and B2B understanding can also apply Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives How to Apply: Send your resume to: eternallifeayurveda@gmail.com Or call/WhatsApp: +91 7834970450 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
