This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager Loans located in Behrampore West Bengal. The Territory Sales Manager Loans will be responsible for managing and driving loan sales within the designated territory. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, managing customer relationships, training and mentoring sales staff, and ensuring targets are met. Exceptional Customer Service skills
Experience in Training sales teams
Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous
