Territory Business Manager

The Territory Business Manager is a key role responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, within a designated territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical landscape, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach to achieve sales targets and build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and clinical evidence of the company's products to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for specific products and territories.
• Regularly visit healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and hospitals to promote products and gather market intelligence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
• Ensure all sales and promotional activities adhere to ethical guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations (e.g., MCI guidelines, D&C Act).
• Effectively plan daily and weekly call schedules to optimize coverage and reach target customers.
• Manage and allocate promotional materials and samples effectively.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, clinical data, and therapeutic areas through continuous learning and training programs.
