Identify and mitigate potential clashes, delays, or scope conflicts between stakeholders. 13) Serve as the primary interface and align project team, marine operations, engineering team, procurement department and client representatives with that yard during the offshore project execution, to ensure alignment of scope, schedule, quality, safety, and contract requirements of Project Bid specification. 14) Oversee and monitor fabrication progress and ensure constant feed to yard in terms of drawings and materials to achieve the planned progress and pro-actively raise the need list of deliverables in advance to respective managers. 15) Conduct constructability review\workshops during engineering phase with production, D&E and procurement teams to ensure the construction team comments are well incorporated during interdisciplinary check stage of drawings and prior to material PO placements. 16) Participate in yard inspections, audit, and readiness review during different phases of the project and report project managers, directors on yard activities, issues, and risks. 17) Manage scope changes at the yard level and implement, document with minimum rework and resources. 18) Ensure efficient working of project team deputed at the fabrication yard by planning administration needs, lodging & boarding, transport. 19) Promote and enforce safety culture and compliance with HSE standards at the yards. 20) Ensure QA\QC protocols are implemented, and quality documentation is maintained. 21) Maintain a positive, professional relationship with client representatives, promoting collaboration and trust and ensure client feedback is addressed in coordination with internal teams. Host and facilitate client visits, inspections and walkdowns. 22) Liaise with F&A and planning team to draft dispatch documents, invoicing, and statutory customs documentation for seamless dispatch of modules from the fabrication yards. 23) Plan deputation of vendors, sub-contractors at the fabrication yard in line with the fabrication schedule and provide resources to these vendors to finish the task in planned man-days.

JOB PURPOSE To keep vigil over the Aircraft during landing, take off &Taxing for aircraft related incidents/accidents. Ensure healthiness of communication systems and keep in touch with AOCC & ATC for smooth handling of airport emergencies. Assist Operation Commander/Duty officer in handling airport emergencies as CFT In-charge. To ensure the availability of ARFF resources at all times to meet required fire protection level as per the Airport category in compliance with Director General of Civil Aviation/International Civil Aviation Organization Guidelines. To take over the command & control of incident site and direct rescue & firefighting operations at the Airport to save life & property and restore normalcy for business continuity . ORGANISATION CHART Operations Commander : ARFF Sub Commander : ARFF KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators To be the in Charge of Satellite Fire Station and assist ARFF Watch Commander in the overall management and command of the watch. ARFF Daily reports and log books. To ensure timely response of Fire appliances and crew stationed at Satellite Fire Station in order to achieve the response time and control time during aircraft emergencies at all times. ARFF Status report Incident Reports EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS ATC CISF Emergency Medical Service Providers Airlines GHA s Maharashtra Fire & Emergency Services DDMA Maharashtra Refueling Agencies RAXA Other Stakeholders INTERNAL INTERACTIONS All GNIAL Functional Team like P&E, Airside Operations, Landside Operations, Terminal Operations, Security, AOCC, IT, HR, EHS & Sustainability, FMS, etc. FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS NA OTHER DIMENSIONS Supervision of crew commanders . EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Grade-I, Diploma in Aviation Fire or Graduate preferably with science from any recognized University. JFO Course or equivalent from any Aviation academy. Valid Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) Driving License Good knowledge in all ICAO Doc, DGCA CAR & NBC Good knowledge in Computer. Good communication/ presentation skills. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Minimum 9 years experience out of which 3 years as crew commander in aviation firefighting at Airport. Should possess good communication skills to carry out Radio Telephony communication.
