Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Executive/Manager located in Udaipur. The Tendering Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing the tendering process, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additional tasks include reviewing contract requirements, conducting market research, and facilitating post-tender negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing the tendering process and preparing bids
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Engineering background or experience in geotechnical and geophysical services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
