Tendering Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive with a strong understanding of fire and safety systems, including:

Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Extinguishers, PA Systems

Access Control & Gas Suppression Systems

Data & Voice Solutions, IBMS

Fire-Fighting Equipment

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Management:

Expertise in end-to-end tendering and procurement process.

Tender search, download, and tracking via Government and PSU portals.

Review tender eligibility, scope, targets, and align with company capabilities.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.

Documentation & Coordination:

Handle tender documentation as per requirements.

Maintain records and MIS for all tender activities, EMDs, BGs.

Coordinate with internal departments for timely submission.

Maintain updated tender files and official documentation.

Proposal & Costing:

Floating enquiries, vendor negotiations, price comparisons.

Analyze risks, financial criteria, and prepare risk matrix for management.

Ensure accurate methodology, pricing, and margins in proposals.

Contract Review & Compliance:

Analyze tender T&Cs including LDs, BGs, milestones, payments, taxes.

Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements.

Finance Coordination:

Prepare and track EMDs, Security Deposits, and BGs.

Coordinate with the finance team for timely processing and refund follow-ups.

Portal & Regulatory Knowledge:

Hands-on experience with the GEM portal.

Knowledge of MSME applications, registration, and renewals.

Handling of Digital Signatures and e-tendering processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
