Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to pitch digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, Meta & Google Ads, and website development). Understand client requirements and explain the features and benefits of services offered. Follow up with interested leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales/marketing team. Maintain a database of leads and update the CRM regularly. Handle inbound calls and resolve basic client queries effectively. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign feedback and lead updates. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Skills Required: Good communication skills in Hindi and English (or regional language as applicable). Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus. Persuasive and confident telephone manner. Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.
