Key Responsibilities: Represent the company’s products and services with a clear understanding of how our solutions meet customer needs, backed by consumer research and product knowledge. Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies. Proactively generate leads and establish strong client relationships by organizing and executing a structured daily calling schedule to connect with both existing and potential customers. Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients. Handle objections effectively and close sales in a consultative manner. Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, customer details, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive selling ability. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
