Job Title: Collection Process Executive (Day Shift) Location: NGO Center, Bhiwandi Shift: Day Shift Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Collection Process Executive to join our team at the NGO Center in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely collection of donations and managing financial records associated with our programs and services. This position is crucial in helping us meet our goals of providing support to underprivileged communities through our NGO initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Collection Management: Oversee and manage the collection process, ensuring the timely and accurate receipt of donations and financial contributions. Donor Interaction: Communicate with donors and supporters through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships. Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of collections, process receipts, and generate reports for tracking and auditing purposes. Follow-Up: Coordinate follow-up efforts for outstanding donations and maintain regular communication with previous and potential donors to ensure consistency in collections. Financial Handling: Ensure the safe handling and timely deposit of collected funds, following the center's financial guidelines and policies. Problem Resolution: Address any discrepancies or concerns raised by donors, resolving issues quickly and professionally. Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and program teams to align collections with ongoing initiatives and program needs.
