Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of inside sales/telesales executives. Monitor daily performance, calls, and conversion metrics. Conduct regular 1-on-1 reviews and team huddles to drive performance. Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement sales targets, lead funnels, and calling strategies. Track sales KPIs such as daily calls, talk time, demo bookings, and closures. Design and execute campaigns to improve inbound/outbound lead conversion. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools. Share weekly/monthly sales reports with management. Identify gaps in scripts, customer objections, or lead quality.
