Telemarketer

Key Responsibilities (Point-wise):

• Student Calling:
• Daily outbound calls to students based on given data.
• Inform students about various courses, colleges, and admission processes.
• Explain course benefits, eligibility, and future scope in simple language.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up:
• Generate interest and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students/parents.
• Track call outcomes and update in CRM or Excel sheet.
• Admission Support:
• Assist students through the complete admission process.
• Solve queries regarding documentation, fees, course structure, etc.
• Target-Oriented Work:
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of calls and conversions.
• Work under guidance and support of the Admission Head/Team Leader.
• Communication:
• Maintain a polite, professional, and confident tone with students and parents.
• Communicate clearly in Hindi and/or English as per student preference.
• Record Maintenance:
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes.
• Share daily call reports and status updates with the team.
• Team Coordination:
• Work closely with the admission team and marketing team.
• Share inputs and feedback from students for process improvement.
• Other Duties:
• Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
• Support in seminars, webinars, or physical admission drives if needed.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Confidence in speaking over phone.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
• Target-oriented mindset.

Eligibility:

• Gender: Female only
• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• Experience: Telecalling or counseling experience preferred (Freshers can apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
