📢 We’re Hiring: Telecalling Team Leader 📍 Gurugram | 🕐 Full-Time | 🐾 Fur Ball Story Join Fur Ball Story – a fast-growing D2C pet care brand – as our Telecalling Team Leader and help us drive sales, improve team performance, and coordinate seamlessly across departments. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage a team of telecallers Allocate leads and track daily dispatches Maintain performance and financial reports Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and offline sales teams Resolve order issues and track RTOs Create and manage reports like ROAS, abandoned cart, and MIS What We’re Looking For: 1.5–2 years of experience in telecalling/telesales team management Strong in Excel/Google Sheets Experience with Shopify, Delhivery & CRMs Excellent communication and leadership skills Bonus: D2C/e-commerce experience & logistics knowledge Why Join Us?
