Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Outreach & Counseling Conduct outbound calls to prospective students interested in aviation courses. Counsel students/parents on course details, eligibility, fees, placements, and career opportunities. Address queries related to admissions, scholarships, and institute facilities. Lead Conversion & Admissions Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets through effective phone persuasion. Nurture leads from inquiry to admission via follow-ups and relationship-building. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Market Intelligence Gather feedback on course preferences and competitor insights. Report trends to the marketing/admissions team for strategy refinement. Collaboration Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns. Assist in organizing admission drives, webinars, and campus tours. RequirementsExperience: 6+ months in telecalling, sales, or counseling (education/aviation sector preferred). Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply. Skills: Fluent English + [Regional Language(s)]; persuasive speaking ability. Tech-savvy (CRM tools, Microsoft Office). Target-driven with strong negotiation skills. Mindset: Passion for aviation/education; proactive learner. Patient, empathetic, and student-centric approach.
