Key Responsibilities: ๐Ÿ“ž Customer Communication: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and address inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. ๐Ÿ” Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with interested customers to nurture leads and ensure smooth progression through the sales funnel. ๐Ÿ“Š Daily Tracker Management: Maintain and update day-to-day call logs, lead status, and customer interactions in the tracker/reporting system for accurate performance monitoring. ๐Ÿ“ˆ Post-Sales Support: Make post-sales calls to confirm customer satisfaction, provide additional product/service information, and resolve any concerns or feedback. ๐Ÿค Coordination: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery. ๐Ÿงพ Documentation: Ensure all customer details, feedback, and call outcomes are properly documented and reported to the supervisor or CRM system.
