Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Chennai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling incoming inquiries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and providing information about our services. The Telecaller will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support their efforts and contribute to the development of client relationships.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain detailed records and data entry skills
Experience with customer service and client relationship management
Proficiency in using telephonic systems and CRM software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent
