Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students from leads provided.
• Share detailed information about our training programs and their career benefits.
• Schedule appointments or consultations with career counselors.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain accurate call records.
• Build rapport and make a positive first impression of the organization.
• Achieve weekly/monthly outreach targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
• Confident, friendly, and persuasive tone over the phone.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer handling ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to learn about the courses and the education industry.
