Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Outbound Calling: Telecallers make calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.  Inbound Handling: They also handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.  Lead Generation and Sales: A primary focus is to generate leads, nurture them through follow-up calls, and convert them into sales.  Customer Relationship Management: Telecallers build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent service, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.  Product/Service Promotion: They actively promote the company's products or services, highlighting their value and benefits to potential customers.  Data Management: Telecallers record customer interactions, update information in databases, and maintain accurate call logs.  Meeting Targets: They are often required to meet specific call targets, sales quotas, or other performance goals.
