Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about our courses, admission process, and academy facilities.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information to potential students.
• Maintain and update the student database on a daily basis.
• Follow up with interested leads regularly to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Explain course details, fees structure, and special offers clearly and confidently.
• Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions or campus visits.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the management.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with students and parents.
• Collect feedback and address any queries or concerns effectively.
• Coordinate with the admission and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills.
• Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in an educational institute or similar industry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and basic English; knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with persuasive abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,108.49 per month
