The ideal candidate will engage with potential and existing clients over the phone, explain our WhatsApp automation platform, and offer solutions based on their business needs. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Flowbee.io and its features Handle incoming queries from customers and provide accurate information about the platform Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions within Flowbee.io Record customer interactions and responses in the internal software accurately Follow up with leads and maintain a call report Coordinate with the sales/support team if needed for deeper technical questions Skills Required: Good communication skills in [Malayalam / English / Hindi – adjust as needed] Confidence in speaking over phone Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to learn quickly about software platforms Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach Why Join Us?
