1. Sales: Sell tour packages to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues.
3. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the company.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of tour packages, destinations, and services.
5. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, and provide regular sales reports.
